Morning
Arrival at the train station of Tours.
Head to Chenonceaux to visit the castle and its gardens. Lunch in the Orangery.
Afternoon
Trip along the banks of the River Cher. Visit a winemaker who produces AOC Touraine wine to taste some Sauvignon Blanc.
Back along the banks of the Loire to Vouvray. Visit a troglodyte cellar and learn about the different winemaking methods for Chenin Blanc.
Finish the day à la Française with a glass of fizz and petits fours on a terrace overlooking the River Loire.
